Unable to purchase PP through Steam

I'm running into errors if I try to purchase any of the larger PP packages through Steam. I have no issues with the 1000, 5500, or 12000 PP packages. Any of the larger ones give the following error: "OOTP was unable to initialize the Steam purchase process! Please check your Steam account." I haven't changed any Steam settings and don't see anything that would block the purchase process. Any suggestions on how to get past this?

Hey Bfred76,

We did have an issue this afternoon with our 3rd Party PP vendor and we think we have the issue resolved. Can you attempt to make your steam purchase again and let me know if it still is having issues?

I'm still seeing the same error. The 3 smaller packages still work, but not the 3 larger.

It looks like this is a Steam issue. I'm working with them to get it fixed.
