Challenge Mode Achievements Not Registering

Post asking others if they are experiencing this issue quoted below which has many of the details in it.

Short Version: Achievements in Challenge Mode will sometimes stop registering with the server while properly logged on. This results in some achievements becoming impossible to achieve when this occurs with a 1st time achievement.

I got 2 other achievements in that game that were not first occurrences, but also did not register ("Knock Them In" and "Hit Machine"). Game still shows me logged in. Verified I was actually connected by swapping to perfect team and updating without issue.

All settings for Managing the game are set to me with the exception of Baserunning and Defense Strategy. Entire 9 innings was played out without skipping any plays.

I did not enter a bug report because, quite frankly, I'm not sure it's a bug and I didn't expect a response which would leave me hanging with whether or not this would ever be addressed... or if this was not something other's were experiencing at all.

If you do notice this, here is an important point shared in the past by the development team:

If you do not get credit for a 1st time achievement you will never get credit for it in the future when you get it again for that league. If you want credit, you will have to start another league in Challenge Mode. This is something else that would be nice to receive developer verification on regarding it still applying.

If someone has an idea what else may be causing this (Firewall is set to allow OOTP traffic both in and out), I am all ears and thank you

Second season in and "Save Streak" not registering. New league, this should be a first-time achievement. Achievement description on profile page states 20 games. Would be nice to know if this is incorrect and the number is higher, the achievement itself is broken, or if this (and others with similar issues) will ever be achieved without creating a new account due to issues with the Challenge tracking system.

Add Shared Shutout to the list of achievements that do not seem to be registering. Screenshot shows the achievement in the Challenge League as just received. Quick check of profile "quillenl" will show this among the number not registering.


Honestly, it would avoid a lot of heartache to simply remove the faulty achievements from the website display. As it is now, players have to wonder if they did something incorrectly (not connected, too few plays in a game, wrong mode like GM vs Manager, etc) or if the achievement is simply broken. Checking through the profiles of others it is clear a number of achievements in version 20 have issues.
