Over The Mound Baseball League

OTM is a long-running, fictional OOTP Online league.
We are just completing our 2068 season (that is correct, this is a long-term, stable, GREAT league). We are recruiting!
Take on a challenge and guide your team to success in OTM. Check out open teams at the bottom of this post.

2069 is going to be a monumental year in OTM. Given we have many openings, all of a sudden, we are going to take the opportunity to "contract" the league by two. We'll re-align slightly to two leagues of two divisions of five, to make things nice and even all around. So, you have a unique opportunity to not only join this league, but be there for a contraction draft too.

Openings will always be listed here. Might be a great idea to bookmark this thread too for future reference.
We welcome both veteran GM’s and enthusiastic newcomers to join a collection of exactly that within OTM.

OOTP Version: 20 Please NOTE: Wie will be converting to version 21 for the next season of OTM
Players: Fictional (no IRL bias and did I mention it's 2067)
Export Deadline/SIM Schedule: Exports 4am ET – Sims run 6:30-ish ET Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday (daily-ish post & off-season) - 7 Days (adjusted in post-season)

Notable Rules & Settings:
Contract Extensions: Controlled players - 3 years major league service time for a multi-year extension
Ratings: 1-10 scale (except player POT 2-8)
Ovr/Pot: Stars
DH: ALL
Coaches & Scouts: Off
Option years: Limited to only one per term
Draft Pick Trading: NO
Active Roster: 26-Man
The rules are pretty basic, making for an easy & fun environment for both established GM's and newcomers.

Oddly enough, it's the reigning champion Schenectady Blue Jays!

The new champion GM has decided to step away from the league, so you could take on a very decent team and try to build them into a dynasty.

A truly different challenge than the typical "instant REBUILD!"
