Two minor league options used in one Spring Training

I'd just like to be a bug in the ear and say that this is still an issue with OOTP XX. If 40-man players are demoted from ST roster before minor league seasons reset, they will lose 2 options.

From what I understand, this affects most standard MLB leagues. As a commissioner of two of them, it is currently on me to remind GMs not to demote players early in Spring Training. When this bug is news to them, it makes me wonder how many other online leagues simply don't realize this is happening to them.

This happens in my (non-standard MLB) league as well, in both OOTP 19 and OOTP 20. Very annoying to have to watch out for.
