Have Historical Ratings Changed Between Versions?

I'm wondering, did ratings of historical players change from OOTP19 to 20?

With OOTP20 I started a spreadsheet where I've inputted the primary ratings (among other things) of 1600+ cards. Part of me is hoping the ratings won't change so I don't have to update them, but I can also see a change to the ratings possibly being a big improvement.

I believe they did because the devs adjusted the formulas between versions.

That's okay. Much of it I can copy and paste. Now I'm looking forward to the changes. As annoying as some ratings were, I hope there will still be deals to be found.
