Question about international free agents

I downloaded the new patch today because it said it had ifa’s on it. So I started a live start and typed in some of the ifas that were on mlb.com top 30 and they don’t show up in the database. So I went to the league free agents page and click on ifa section and it says players will be loaded next year. What am I doing wrong?

I think it may have something to do with being a live start and already past the international start for the year. I believe if the players have signed they should be in those organizations at this time.

I opened up another live start new game today for wed. Aug. 7th 2019 and went to free agents and the international amateur fa screen. The message says “there are currently no international amateur free agents on the market. The next batch of available players will be published next year.” What is going on?

IAFA's show up on July 2nd. By Aug 7th it's quite likely they have all signed signed contracts.

But even if they were all signed when I type their name into the search database the ones in the top 30 list that was added should show up as on the game and they are not.
