I can sell some locked cards

I completed the Oakland live mission on my desktop, but on my laptop (which I have not upgraded to the latest patch to avoid the quicksell button), I can sell all the cards in that mission except the 2 diamonds which are the only ones correctly locked. I have not actually tried to sell one, but the option to do so is there. Actually, it looks like all the missions I completed on the latest version of the game, the option to sell many (not all) of the cards that should be locked is available if I am on my laptop which is the on previous version of the game.
