Online league vet looking for league

I have ~10 seasons of online league play under my belt. My ideal settings, below:

League Type: Fictional
Sim Frequency: 3-4 sims / week
Structure: At least 20 teams, at least 3 minor league levels
Scouting: On - 20-80, or 1-20 scale
Communication: Slack
version: 19 or 20

I'll take a team in *any* shape.
