League Placement not honouring setting

I have League Placement Setting set to Stay Put in Perfect Team Settings, but last week I was in Silver .351, and this week I've been put into Silver .353?

The number is irrelevant since there are a different number of leagues season to season. stay put just keeps you with the other teams who have stay put selected
