"Error: Could Not Download File"

Ever since I installed the most recent hotfix, I get an error when I try to download the new file for one of my online leagues. This doesn't happen for all of my leagues, nor does it happen every time there's a new file. But it only happens for one of my leagues. Any help?!?!?

Follow-up: I tried again this morning without changing anything and it downloaded fine. Any ideas?
