License Key Issue

Hello,

I downloaded OOTP21 for PC earlier this morning, downloaded it to my machine, and attempted to enter in my License Key on the “Enter License Key” link from the home page on the app. When I do so I get a “License Activation Failed” error and have tried copying and pasting it as well as typing it it manually.

Additionally I’ve tried running it the application as an administrator, restarting my machine, uninstalling and re-installing the application, and nothing is working.

I submitted a ticket but haven’t heard back yet. Is there anything else I can do to get setup?
