Retired Players Not Showing in Transaction Log

So I imported my OOTP 20 Game and ended the regular season. When I checked the all transactions log for the first day of offseason I see this...

Boston Red Sox: Retired from professional baseball.
Los Angeles Knights: : Retired from professional baseball.
etc
etc

Basically the player's name isn't showing.

Any reason why this would happen?

I'm seeing this too. The text must be missing the player name variable.

I also got this when Bert Blyleven retired:

"Thursday, October 18th, 1990
Retired in honor of in 1990. Minnesota Twins career summary: During his career the 39-year-old has piled up 1951.1 innings. Over that time, he has fanned 1526 batters, walked 497 and put up a 2.91 ERA. His lifetime won-lost mark is 118-98 and opposing clubs have hit .229 against him."

This is still an issue. If free agents retire the player's name is there, but if a player contracted to a club retires there is no name.

FYI, this has been previously reported in the beta bug forum. The devs should be aware of it Looks like a glitch that has suddenly appeared with v21... Hopefully it will be fixed in the near future.
