Bullpen button missing

During a game right under the lineups it used to have a bullpen button where I can click on it and get a good review of my bullpen and make a call to the pen. This bitton no lomger appears under lineups? I looked everywhere. Where did it go and how can I get it back?

This has been questioned at least twice already. It will be fixed in the next patch.
