OSA/ Team Scout

What exactly is the difference between OSA scouting and my team scouting. I get 2 totally conflicting stories in reports. One will say a player is a sure-fire cornerstone, and the other one will say that he is minor league roster depth. Who do I trust and what do I do?

I tend to go with the higher "Scouting Accuracy" rating. When in doubt, you can assign your scout to report on the player, which should give you a much better idea.

If you're relying on the narrative section of the scouting reports, I'd recommend trusting the ratings part of the scouting report way more.
