Online league FTP issues

Hello,

Our household is currently transitioning from one internet provider to another, but currently do have two internet connections. I am in an on-line league and am only able to make connections to the FTP server on one of the two internet connections. When using the second connection, I keep getting the error "Cannot open a connection to the FTP server." As we will be losing the first internet connection that does work soon, I am worried that I will no longer be able to participate in the on-line league. Any ideas on why only one of my internet connections work for connecting to FTP server?

Note this only seems to be an issue in OOTP20 and not OOTP21 as my on-line leagues download just fine on both internet connections in OOTP21.
