Draft order/teams getting extra picks

How does this happen? Detroit supposed to be drafting #3 but also has #4 pick, with multiple teams getting extra picks, shouldn't they be after the original order of the round? Playing as the Jays, lost the world series to the Dodgers so why aren't we picking 31 and 32? And why did the Braves get added in at the end as well as picking 19? Seems like a bug? Is there any way to add/delete picks on top of moving draft order?

There will be compensation picks for previous draft picks that refused to sign (Tigers), or for free agents that rejected the qualifying offer, in that order.

betting you have trading draft picks turned on and compensation picks happen AFTER the first round is done

I do have pick trading on but there should still only be 32 first round picks. Every team still has their 1st pick as well, none have been traded. No way Detroit should have an extra top 5 pick for no reason.

Didn't think of compensation for not signing previous picks. That was exactly the case, thanks

Goto initiate trade with Detroit you will see who they got their 2nd first rounder from. As thats will give you the clue. First round supplemental pick comes AFTER the first round so this is NOT that
