Warm up pitcher

Silly question of the day. Is there a way to disable having to warm up a relief pitcher?

Right from game setup screen. Not sure if there is a permanent option.

It will stick to whatever you select from game to game...

So one other silly question while I'm here.

Started a Live MLB league 60 game season. Played today's Red Sox/Orioles game based on SP/rosters.

When I log back in tomorrow are the CPU teams updated based on what happened today? Or do I have to look at say the Mets on Monday to figure out how to get the right roster out there?

New to that side and hoping for direction. Thanks

I think that has to be done manually, the live start/updated rosters usually only kick in for new games at the time you create them.
