Player Fatigue - Any way to correct this??

Hello there. I have been playing this game for just about a week now and I have noticed that my team was always underachieving. After a couple seasons I realized that I was about to play a game and I have 9 players with fitness problems and I am thinking that this is why my team has always been playing so poor. For example I have a player at 15%, another 3 at mid 30%,etc.

Number 1, I am guessing the fact that there are so many back to back games on the schedule and that is probably causing some of the problem. Is there any way to turn fatigue off?? I tried to see if I could go into the individual player and it doesn't look like there is a fatigue number that you can edit for each individual player. What do you guys usually do in this situation?? I have 3 guys on my bench so I guess I could keep on putting them in and out of the lineup but it's just such a chore changing my lines after every game that I would just like some way to maybe ignore the fatigue altogether.

Thanks in advance for any help. Have a good night

I got to a 4 game break in the schedule and those players that were 15 and 30% fitness before were now at around 76%.

In the NHL the players usually play the game if they are healthy and we don't see players taking off a game every second game so I am hoping there is something that can be done to get past this.

In the meantime I tried to fool around with the player's stamina numbers. I tried to see what would happen if I made these players 20 for stamina. It made it so that the player's weren't as tired for the second game of the back to back as they were before. I feel that I set it too high though because there is some fatigue of course when a player plays back to back but it should be at a fatigue level that he is still usable though for every game. Just not at his ideal fitness. Something that one could try though if you were having the same fatigue problems that I was before.

Stamina is a real issue teams have to deal with, and it can come down to managing minutes. If guys are tiring out, you may need to change how many minutes each is playing in a game.

That being said, it's just something you need to keep your eyes on. If a guy dips below 60%, typically I rest him for a game to get him back up.
