I need an explanation of Positional Strength report

Can someone explain what Team Ranking, Organizational Ranking and Overall Ranking is in the Positional Strength report?

This is what it says in Help but it isn't clear to me ...

Team Ranking - The comparative rank of the team
-Is this the rank of my Top Player compared to other teams in the league?

Organizational Ranking - A ranking of the strength of the team's minor league organizations, including majors, compared to other teams in the league.
-How is this different than the Overall Ranking? These descriptions sound the same ... "team's minor leagues including majors" vs "entire organization including majors"

Overall Ranking - A ranking of the overall strength of the entire team organization, including majors, compared to other teams in the league.

Based on that explanation it seems that Team Ranking is your major league team, Organizational Ranking is your minor league system and Overall Ranking is a combination of the two.

Based on that explanation it sounds like Team Ranking is the rank of the major league roster, Organizational Ranking includes the entire organization - major and all minor league rosters and Overall Ranking includes the entire organization - major and all minor league rosters.
