A few quality of life suggestions

Excited for the next OOTP, hoping for some improvement in the following areas:

1. Draft List

There's currently no good way for online league players to see which players are available or already taken in-game. The in-game draft list doesn't work properly. This wasn't a problem before the last edition of the game.

2. Rule 5
Ask any online league player, Rule 5 is a pain. Even playing offline the AI often fails to protect valuable prospects.

3. User Interface
Often times when playing I am scrolling down to view stats/ratings. Often after scrolling all the way down, the page will reset to the top when you don't want it to. Basically the draft list problem but elsewhere, especially when setting player's game strategy.

I hope to see these issues fixed in the next OOTP!

Your #3 a suggestion I would sure appreciate as well--it is definitely a little fix that would sure save most users lots of time.
