Online Draft List Question

Can anyone give a detailed account of their experience with draft lists in an online league? We have a league where its half AI, half Human. I'm wondering some specific things as I want to try to use the draft list feature to speed up our drafts.

When you get to a human pick, how do you make sure it uses their list? Scouts recommendation or autodraft?

If you go to Round 2, and you still have guys on a human Round 1 list, does the AI pick only from the Round 2 list or does it exhaust the Round 1 list first?

Whenever an owner exports for their team, it automatically includes their draft list?

Also, all I can find manual wise for draft list is OOTP16, can someone simplify a way of explaining the "and" "or" settings. I need to be able to explain that a five year old can understand lol.

Any other issues one could see from doing an AI/Human draft using lists?

I'm trying to figure out if its best to go round by round, or do blocks of 2/3 rounds. I think this feature will help us out to speed a draft up, but I also don't want any mistakes on my end as commissioner with the lists.
