Import Historical Players

Can you import Historical players and if so how?

Also can you not edit current players abilities? wasn't an option to edit it for some reason. So used to OOTP so a bit lost here

You can do both, just turn Commissioner Mode on in Manager Options. The players' edit screen will change to allow attribute editing, and the Import Historical Player button is on the League-Edit screen (bottom left).
