Staff with Job Ratings of Zero across the board

Hey there!

I am a little confused about encountering a lot of staff with high Coaching, Misc. or Scout Ratings having absolute Zeros in the Job Ratings category. Even if the are tagged as i.e. Assistant Coach the have a zero in the "coach" collumn.

Is this intentional or a bug?

Follow up:

Does staff improve on a certain position, if they are used in it similar as a player improves on a a new position?

Loving the game otherwise!

I'm at 60 hours in just under two weeks!

Shouldn't be happening. Are you seeing that at the start of the game, or in staff that appears after the first season?
