GM General Ratings: How does it affect the game?

Is there any way, how can i see, that improvements in my GM ratings will improve something in the game?

I'm unsure of this, but I believe that GM skills will have an effect. For example, a GM with a Negotiating skill of 20 will be able to negotiate a player's contract for a lower salary than a GM with a skill of 5.

Kind of...I still can't vary much from a player demand, maybe get an extra year or two, and maybe you can do a couple more offers before they get mad but that seems to be it.

As to the OP, doesn't it give a mouseover? I just leave self preservation at 0 until I max everything else. You should get fired if the team sucks.
