Do I need a computer to play this?

I am very interested in purchasing this game. My general questions are, can I use it on a tablet and will it have full functionality? I have an android Tab and would love to get this game downloaded to it. Also, once I have a copy of the game, can it be used on multiple devices I own? It would be nice to be able to travel with it.

If you want the full version then yes you need a computer. They have been making a tablet version but due to size/ limitations it won't have all the computer features. Don't know if it will be for androids. Somewhere on this forum (I think under OOTP go) they talk about it and have some screen shots.

Thank you so much. The game looks amazing so I will either buy a laptop or wait for a tablet version. Curious, what would be the minimum requirements for a laptop? I could always look to purchase a used one.

You could always look at getting a Surface Pro. I've got a Surface Pro 7 and have no issues running OOTP21. Probably the closest you will get to having the full version (not OOTP Go) on a tablet
