so for you GM players, do you hire a manager or are you the manger and just set your team strategies? also do you play in legacy mode and control your lineups and your pitching rotations?

I play as GM/MGR for almost all my leagues. i do have one league where TLR is my MGR and he sets lineups and staff. I sim a series at a time. For me my MGR strategy is of TLR in most leagues, Al Lopez in a few others.
