Three problems

I need help on three different problems I am having since I have started the 2021 season on OOTP 21.

1. The last pitch count is getting confused. When the last pitch is shown, it shows real quick then goes back to the last pitch two pitches back. After a pitch is thrown, it gets confused again and shows the right speed but the wrong pitch.

2. I have NO vendor sounds at all. I have Crowd at 100, Field at 120, Ambient at 100 and Ambient Noise Freqency on High Frenquency. I get the umps, crack of the bat, crowd reactions, but NO vendors.

3. Late in the game, all noise except for the PBP voice will cut out for one pitch. That's it. I'll get dead silence and the PBP will announce the next pitch and all the other sound comes back.

Should I apply the last '21 patch and see if that helps everything? This is all happening in each and every game.
