ootp22 budgets

i like to create my own MLB universe (fictional league + ML). i once stumbled upon the ability to manually set the budgets for every team - in ootp21. i think it was before the inaugural draft. but since then i cannot seem to find that feature in 21 - and i was not able to find it in ootp22. please... can anyone help? i tend to draft young (cheap) teams, so my budget tends to default to 30th nearly every time. i don't mind the occasional challenge, but sometimes i just want to have a middle-of-the-pack budget (without having to draft a few expensive players with the pure intent to trade them to open up budget room).

On the initial fantasy draft page you can chose drafting with budgets. It will give you the opportunity to set the draft budget for each team and this will be reflected in the teams budget after the draft.
