3B Coach Preferred Position?

I just created a fictional league and nobody is preferring a 3B coach occupation.
They either want to be a 1B coach or an non-preferential base coach.

I want to make sure I'm hiring people qualified for the position but the game isn't showing them.

1BC and 3BC are more or less interchangeable. By default, yes, they all list 1B, because they share a "position" of base coach.
