Charged for AH purchase but didn't get the card

I "purchased" Eric Show from the AH by using Buy Now. It claimed I had purchased the card but after a long pause the box popped up saying I couldn't buy the card.

I then used buy now on a different Eric Show card and turned in the mission. Only afterwards did I notice that I had been charged for both the first one (successful purchase popup + error popup) and the second one.

I'd like a refund of 2,049 PP as the game indicated that I had purchased the initial card (the 1,999 PP one)
