Pitch counts/BF's not being honored?

Been playing around with strategies in tourneys this week and noticed that max pitch counts and batters faced are not being honored correctly:

I have all my starters limited to 12 batters faced and 50 or 55 Pitches ( 1 starter with 55, see screen shots )...

The games pitched by this starting squad ended with

55PC, 19 BF
67PC, 16 BF
57pc, 17 BF
52 PC, 15 BF
48 PC, 13 BF
59 PC, 15 BF
56 PC, 18 BF
50 PC, 13 BF
38PC, 15 BF
76 PC, 18 BF
60PC, 17 BF

Note there were rested bullpen options for these games.

I can understand the ai going a bit over the pitch count to finish a batter, but going 6 over the BF's limit is weird... especially if the pitcher is getting tagged.

New for PT 22, the BF/pitch count limits don't kick in until 4 IP or 18 BF, so the pseudo-opener cheese doesn't work like it used to. If you want an opener, use an opener, but if you use a starter, your strategy settings to yank him early will be ignored until after 4 IP or 18 BF, whichever is earlier.
