jberg57 Minors (Double A) Join Date: Aug 2009 Posts: 114	Rule 5 returned player issue I signed a guy in 2021to a MILC, he got picked in the Rule 5 draft and was returned by the team that drafted him. The game is making me add him to my 40-man even though he was a returned pick. I should not be required to be add him to my 40-man.
