Very strange defensman created by the game

See the pictures. There is something wrong. And it is not a first one. In the KHL history (in my game), there very many of such strange players.

I believe Jeff found the problem. Originally it looked like it was an issue with Taiwanese players but then I found the same issue with a player from Singapore. Seems like it may effect any international player.
