Seeking More-Accurate 1995 Rosters for OOTP 22

I did the historical start and there seem to be a lot of flaws - missing players.

Is there a better player database to operate from? I remember back in the day there were a few "brand name" database providers who were popular in these forums but I can't seem to find em.

There shouldn't ever be any missing players in the default db, so as pstrickert mentions if you can provide us with more specific info here on who seems to be missing, that would be helpful.
