Need Instructions To Do A Search On The OOTP Forums

If you would, please give detailed instructions to do a search on the OOTP Forums... I try it but the search never finds anything... I've tried all kinds of ways to do it, but it never gives me a result.
I click on "Search" on the top right of this forum page.

I would like to find a team logo, jersey and cap set that features the nickname "Terrapins"... I think low did it... I would prefer to do a search... going through page-by-page is much harder.

Would appreciate your help... I am not very good with computers unless someone will give me detailed instructions.

That is the screen I usually get when I try to do a forum search.

I get no answers.

Thank you... it showed the Terrapins graphics this time when I clicked on your second link posted.

Can you tell me how you got this to show up?

How do fill in the boxes to get the search done?

Here is the screenshot of the search box.

I think what the issue is it's set to "search threads" and not "search posts" Try switching that and searching again and see if that fixes your issue.

Let me try one more time... I will put "Terrapins" in the top box...click "posts" and click "Go".

I just did that... it gave me a list of all the threads that contain the work "Terrapins".

If I scroll down, I find low's thread.

Thank you for your help... I can do a search now... I just need to make it more specific if I can... should have posted "Chula Vista Terrapins"... that would have possibly limited the number of posts listed.

I'll try that and see...

When I did that, it gave me low's thread... it did not give me the post where Terrapins is shown... I would have to go through low's thread page-by-page to find Chula Vista Terrapins.

Did your search give the exact page?

OK, I think I figured out how to get to the exact page that the search item is shown... I click on the search term "Terrapins" in one of the threads and it pulls up the exact page.

A good friend of mine, CD, posted this in his own graphics thread for me.
