No All-Star Game in 2022

Obviously there shouldn't be one in 2021 due to the Olympics however the following season (2022) no All-Star game appeared.

I'm assuming I can turn this on in rules on the next July 1st?

It should be returning automatically in 2022, something's wrong there. We'll see what's going on.
