OOTP stuck in loop when opening report in browser

Just had this occur with the latest patch. To be clear not saying it was caused by latest patch as I've never tried looking at this report before today.

On the league reports page I was reviewing my season on Jan 31, day before preseason starts. Clicked on "injury report" and the game "spun the wheel" thinking and opened the report in external browser. No problem, figured the file was too big for the internal browser.

Closed the browser and the game screen came back up with the notation, paraphrasing, "file was too big to open in game, OOTP opened the file in external browser. If you want to see the report again click here" (underlined link). Now for the loop...

Nothing on the game screen was clickable and I was unable to get out of this screen. Instead, after a few seconds, OOTP opened the injury report in the external browser. Close browser>get back into OOTP> can't click anything>OOTP opens report in external browser
Rinse and repeat.

Only way out of game was task manager > end task

Thankfully on reload the game opened and the loop was ended. So no issue continuing other than having to end task to get there.

Small annoyance unless one had done a lot of things in game and then went to this screen>report without saving. Figured you'd want to know.

FWIW PC Steam version.
