Erros on injury system

In my quickstart, I played KBO Kiwoom Heroes

but, in my quickstart foregin people cannot take military service

so I want to find some errors in my savefile

and then, I found it

look at that link's last gif(or mp4) file

there is two news

one thing is Jokisch's and another one is Roh상혁's

Originally, Roh have to go military service

but there is some errors in ootp, so

Roh's News (Roh going to military)
Jokisch's News (about charity)

News of military enlistment to be applied to Roh was applied to Jokisch.

Korean ootp user xinker says, "It's not a matter of quickstart"
