In this sim McDavid has won the Maurice Richard 4 out of the 5 simmed years

Highest Goals scored for him was 78 goals in 2021/2022
He's Currently on pace for 113 goals

Gotta say I love the points-per-game ratio, but somebody needs to put a shadow on that boy.

In mine, Matthews is close to that pace as well.

60 games into the 2025-26 season, Matthews has 76 goals, McDavid has 62, and then it drops off to MacKinnon at 42. He missed 18 games to injury so that may be part of it.

Every season it is always those same three guys...McDavid never has scored less than 60 in a season and Matthews only scored less than 70 once in the five seasons (62 that year). McKinnon is the outlier due to injury problems (missed 80 games once). When healthy, he is a 60+ goal scorer.

This is with 2D simulator for all teams in the NHL.

The 2D simulator has insane goal totals for McDavid in my saves. He put up 98 at the age of 34 in one of my saves.

Matthews hit 95 in his age 28 season for me in my current game. It has been trending up at the game goes along so I would not be surprised to see someone hit 100 soon.

BTW, the Leafs got bounced in the first round of the playoffs so at least that part is realistic!
