Thoughts on the NASCAR Antitrust trial?

Any opinions? Despite living in the heart of stock car racing country all of my life, I'm not a fan. I've read a number of media takes, heard from retirees from the sport, bloggers, youtube pages etc. I can't decide who is in the right or what is the right way to go.

As a motorsports fan going on almost 50 years, I can confidently say that I am highly skeptical of anything NASCAR does or says. I don't completely understand the issues in this case, but I would be surprised if the sanctioning body were on the right side of any of them.
