Can't Find Team?

I have registered and I see I have a number of packs to open. When I try to enter PT it says it can't find a team. I hit OK and then it starts loading team / player graphics but doesn't finish and freezes.

Did I miss a step in setting up PT?

Delete all files ending in .pt in saved_games folder under documents>ootp

Exact same problem, and I've deleted all .pt files. Same result.

Mac version, direct purchase (not the app store).

I've deleted all the files as well and still get the can't find team. Filed ticket 3 hours ago and haven't heard a word back

Tried on my Mac, no luck.

Scratch that, it did work. I had to load the game, go to settings, click on "open folder containing saved games" and THEN I found the .pt folder that matched my login username. Once I removed that, all good
Odd just searching my mac for .pt files didn't find that one initally

If the file deletion did not work, some users can simply register their teams again and that may work. If none of that has resolved the issues, please email support@ootpdevelopments.com with your username and email associated with the account and we will verify the status.
