How do I access my second and third teams?
I watched the video.
I registered a new account using my user name and it looks like I got my loyalty rewards (couple gold packs and diamond pack? been playing this game for several years now). I tried to register my other two teams. Murphy's law that I just recently deleted my signature because I could have confirmed for sure but I believe it's Cheesehead1965 and Cheesehead1966. When I try to l create another account it says my email is already in use and when I just try to log it doesn't recognize anything. I tried the rigmarol about trying to log into the challenge mode, but that didn't work either. Ideas? |

Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe you can go to https://challenge.ootpdevelopments.com/ and log on with the usernames of the second and third teams to see which email you used to register them.

Or simply go to PT22 and click on the "Forgot password"-Button and enter the mail-addresses you might have used

None of the above suggestions work. Plus I don't have access to my old email address.
At this point I'm happy just to forget about the loyalty packs and simply start two other teams. Game doesn't allow me to do that either though... Submitted a ticket and this was the reply. Seriously?! Dear player, We are working through the server issues for PT 23. Rest assured we will take care of the issue and get your account resolved ASAP. We are already looking into accounts with issues on our end. Now before we begin working through issues we do need to verify that we have your information regarding your PT account and the error you are seeing. Please make sure that you have provided to either Alex in a DM or in your ticket message the following information. 1-PT Account's Username 2-PT Account's Email Address 3-Error message or Issue you are seeing in slight detail. For all users, we highly recommend doing the following at least before we continue with more troubleshooting steps. 1-Please delete all of your .pt save game folders found in your saved games folder. You can find that by going to the main menu of OOTP 23 and go to settings>troubleshooting and select open folder containing saved games. That will open a folder with all of your .PT and .LG saved games. For PT related issues we are looking to delete all of the folders that end in .PT 2-Please clear your cache. You can do this in-game if you have the ability to log into your account. This would be under PT Settings and selecting the troubleshooting drop down in the top right corner and then selecting Reset Caches. If you can't do that please go to settings on the main menu of OOTP. On the settings window select troubleshooting and select the button that says Open Folder Containing Customizable Data. In that pop-up window you should see an Online_data folder. Inside there we will select cache and delete the folders and files inside of the cache folder. That will regenerate when the game is relaunched so restart your OOTP game after doing that. 3-Also there is a chance that you won't see an email because your account was reset/deleted due to the server issues this morning. Please attempt recreating your account using the same email address and username as the first time. If it is already created you will be notified of that and if it hasn't been that will potentially resolve your issue. Troubleshooting steps 1-If you are unable to access the email address of the account you are setting up and can't get the confirmation email you will need to get access to that account. We cannot provide confirmation codes without the user requesting that code via the email address of that account. 2-If you did not find your confirmation email from our servers please double check your spam filter/folder. We are aware that certain email providers are putting our emails in there as spam. 3-If you do not see a confirmation email you can have our system try to send it again. Please use the link https://challenge.ootpdevelopments.com/v2/resend 4-If that does not resolve your email issue and you do not see that come through you will need to send us a ticket from the email address associated with the account. We can lookup your confirmation code but only if we get a direct email from the associated account's email address. 5-If you are getting the error message Invalid Credentials there is a chance your account was reset due to server issues this morning. Please attempt recreating your account and let us know if you are unable to do that. 6-If you are getting the Team Not Found error please delete your .pt folders located in your saved games folder. You can find those by going to the OOTP 23 main menu and selecting settings and then selecting troubleshooting. On that tab select open folder containing saved games. Inside of that opened window should be folders that end in .LG and .PT. We want the .PT folders deleted then try to log into that account again. Also if your issue is in regards to Loyalty rewards we did want to remind users that because of our new backend provider have a loyalty bonus program, which looks at your new PT23 account (username & email) and if this account has been active for previous Perfect Team versions, it gets the following bonus (skipping one version reduces the bonus to the next level): Since Perfect Team 19: 2 Diamond, 1 Historical Pack, 1 Gold Pack and 1 Silver Pack Since Perfect Team 20: 1 Diamond, 1 Gold Pack and 1 Silver Pack Since Perfect Team 21: 2 Gold Packs Since Perfect Team 22: 1 Gold Pack So missing OOTP 22 PT for example will mean you do not get a loyalty bonus even if you played 21 and beyond. So make sure your account has played every year going back that you are trying to get rewarded for. Let me know if your issue still isn't resolved and I'll make sure we get it looked into.
