Sortable stats issue in live start

I've noticed while looking at Sortable Stats that it seems there's randomly players missing or with incorrect stats. I can "refresh" it by switching the scope. I've ended up determining that the issue is that the initial stats that are loaded during a live start aren't classified as "Major League." So, if you choose that scope, the stats that the player started the game with are removed. If you choose the scope "Major League Baseball" it includes all stats (initial live start + the sim).

It was every player as far as I could tell. If you do a live start and sim to the end of the season and then go to sortable stats, if you select "Major League" from the scope drop down, the stats will all be missing the live data. "Major League Baseball" scope will include those stats.

EDIT: Now i'm unable to replicate it in a quick test before bed... will try again in the morning

I know this was an issue earlier. I believe it was corrected for the 23.2 patch.

All the games I've been playing have been started on the latest patch.

It appears that if I sim in chunks of time, like a week or month, it all looks fine. It's only if I "sim to playoffs begin" right from the start of the game that then the issue happens. I uploaded the save file I'm testing to the ftp (HoustonGMTestLeague).

Well... now that theory is out of the window too, because I've ran two sims like that just fine. So, it's definitely happening still, but I can't figure out how to replicate it with certainty.

I now just had it happen where after I simmed to the end of the season and when I first went to sortable stats, the issue wasn't there. I then switched to pitching leaders, and back to sortable stats, and it was.

Ah, okay, figured it out... it seems if I switch from Player Sortable Stats to Team Pitching Statistics and then back, that's what breaks it. You can even replicate this without simming. If you open up team sortable stats, and then go back to player sortable stats, it's fine, but switching to any of the Team Batting/Pitching Statistics pages that have the team breakdown with the standings, and then switch back to Sortable Stats, the live stats are all gone from the Major League scope.

Thanks! Yeah, it seems like it's a more general refresh issue than anything specific with the live start. Always tricky, but hopefully we can clean it up.
