Regex In Card Shop Player Search

Last version we could do things with regex in the card shop to search for cards matching multiple criteria. For example, I could put in "(, NYG|, SF)" and it would search for cards from players with the New York Giants or the San Francisco Giants. The parentheses and pipe characters now seem to be interpreted literally and thus I get no results.

Is there any plan to bring this back?

It's still there. Just type it in the SEARCH box. But apparently none available yet or none in the buyable cards yet

I don't understand this at all. I'm trying to search for multiple conditions at once. For example, both Yankees and Mets players would be NYY and NYM. Last year I could do that by typing in "(NYY|NYM)" in the search box. This year, that doesn't work.

If you can do that, please post a screenshot.
