NIBA: 1991 Historical League, in our 26th Season

We're just switching over to OOTP23 as we start the 1990-91 offseason and doing some overdue spring cleaning of inactive owners - we're looking to add new owners for the San Francisco Giants, St. Louis Cardinals, Pittsburgh Pirates.

Great group of people in the league and a dedicated group of owners that are very positive and supportive. It's a good time to get in as we start the amateur draft this week!

We use StatsPlus for drafts and other league things with customized draft classes with better defensive ratings, personalities, etc. We also do international real free agents each year (I'll add a few of the Cuban/Japanese stars of the 80s/90s every offseason).
