Talent Change Randomness.

It's a setting that determines how often random changes to players' talent happens (ie a player's ratings could fall off a cliff all of a sudden.)

Right beneath the aging and development modifiers. Sorry, I don't know exactly which screen as I don't have the game open front of me. I think it's the global "Players" tab though.

Of course, preferences will vary, depending upon whether the players in the sim are fictional or real. I tend to keep the default setting, or back it off a bit (less random changes), because I play historical seasons with real players, and prefer to have consistency and predictability (and a totally unfair advance knowledge of which rookies are likely to end up in the HOF). But I understand and respect the opposite view, that surprise and change are good. To each his or her own, I guess.
