I assume this has been asked before, but I can't find a thread regarding the issue.
When do we get the Brooks Robinson loyalty reward?

You should have gotten the initial Brooks card when you registered your team. It needed to be the same team/email as your PT22 team that you completed the Brooks mission.

Correct. It is somewhere among the inactive cards and can easily be overlooked because it's a silver card

Initial Pt23 Brooks reward is silver. Currently has a mission to upgrade to gold.

Anyone can still purchase the silver card to complete the mission if someone decides to sell it. But that price does seem to be increasing by the day.

Just curious. Is the brooks only rewarded when we registered team, reason i asked is I did not complete mission in 22 version but just went back in after months and had many accumulated PP, sold off all my unused cards that were not locked and purchased a 100 SE Brook Robinson for 199,999. Would my team be rewarded the silver Brooks or am I sh*t out of luck since I did not have it when i purchased game first day it was available

You're out of luck. You needed to have completed the two Brooks loyalty missions in PT 22 before (if I remember correctly) mid-March this year. Simply owning the SE 100 does not get you the Silver Brooks in PT 23.

Kind of figured that, accidently started 21 for first time since 22 came out and checked auction house, 2 were up, one for the price I paid and the other for almost a million PP, decided WTH might as well try

, not like the cards I quick sold to get the PP were doing anything, lol
