I am creating a 16-team league with a 16-team preseason tournament.
Going to run a 50-year simulation how many times do you think that the Preseason tournament winner will win the year-end championship, and how many times do you think the season-ending champion will win the preseason tournament the following year |

Just a couple quick questions:
1) How many games in the preseason tournament? And is it going to be a round robin? 2) How many games in the regular season? And will it be a balanced schedule? |

preseason is four groups of 4 double round robins, and each playoff round is two-game series
regular season Four divisions with 82-game schedules are not balanced Four games against non-conference opponents four x8 Six games against non-division opponents 6x 4 The remaining 26 are divisional games 8 team playoffs each round is best of 7 series Last edited by Raindrops; 09-02-2022 at 12:41 AM. |

Two times the winner of the Postseason cup took the preseason tournament the following season |
