Pitchers accumulating impossible ZR defense

I started a game in 1901 and have played through 1909. Vic Willis has accumulated -175 ZR is those 9 seasons, or about -20 ZR (defensive runs saved per season). His Defensive Efficiency is 0.995 though so he is maybe 3 or 4 defensive plays below average in those 9 seasons, so perhaps -3 ZR. I have other pitchers accumulating very poor or very good ZR totals too.

There is something very wrong with the pitcher calculation. I do not think they are actually underperforming or underperforming but rather their performance is being reported incorrectly because their Eff does not seem to correlate to their ZR being reported.

Is it possible that pitcher ZR is off by a factor of 100? Maybe Vic Willis should be -1.75 ZR total for those seasons but is getting reported as -175, or 100 times the value it should be each season.
