League Openings/Last in OOTP23

Hi all,

MLBexpansion is in spring training of its 2034 season .https://statsplus.net/mlbexpansion/

We have the following openings:
Mariners
Reds
Cubs
Yankees
Tampa Bay
Texas (Tentatively available)

A 32-team league that expanded to include Montreal and Portland early in its history after the league started in 2020 (real-time and sim time).

Sim is 6 days a week off-season, 5-in seasons. 7-day sims except for a few two-week sims during February and award season.

Recently updated rules and settings - see attached.
